Associate membership is designed for horticulturists with some industry experience and or higher education qualifications.
Associate membership is just £97 for the year. Your membership to the Chartered Institute of Horticulture gives you access to the only community in the industry, with members from every aspect of horticulture. We are the professional voice for horticulture, join and grow your career with us.
Do I qualify to be an Associate member?
To become an Associate member you will need anywhere up to 11 units from a combination of the academic and/or work experience. Every year working in the industry equates to one point and depending on your level of qualifications they also qualify you for further points. Please have a look over our membership criteria and supporting documentation before applying.
How do I become an Associate?
All you need to do is click apply now and fill on our online application form. Your application will be processed within 5 working days. If you have been successful in your application we will then email you to arrange payment and your certificate and membership card will then be posted to you.
